Terms of return and exchange
According to the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", exchange and refunds are possible within 14 days of the delivery of the order to the client.
A prerequisite for exchange and return is that the goods were not in use and have all the labels, packaging, documents confirming the fact of payment (receipt for purchase, invoice).
In the event that a substandard product was received or you were not delivered what was ordered, the cost of re-delivery is paid by the online store.
When processing the return procedure, it is necessary to write an application for return with indication of personal passport data. The refund will be made within two weeks from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the company at the organization's office.
When making a hat to order, the cost is not refundable. Also, when you purchase an article for a promotion or for a sale, the price is also not refundable.
If you pay by credit card
Payment is made in Russian rubles, processing of payment (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) do not enter the online store, their processing is completely protected and no one, including our online store, can receive personal and bank data of the client.
When working with card data, the information security standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is applied, which ensures safe processing of the details of the Holder's Bank card. In case of a refund, the money will be returned to the same card with which payment was made.
